Adebayo
An Accountant by training is a seasoned management
consultant with years of experience in business consulting

scale businesses. He is a business coach that believes

Based on this, Debo is always undergoing developmental
trainings from time to time.
He has quantum experience in business management,
financial advisory services and human resources management.

Emma
Madubuike
An experienced banker and management consultant,
he holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Geography, from
the University of Nigeria; a Masters Degree in Business
Administration from Esut Business School, and is
also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of Nigeria.
His multidisciplinary background is complemented
with cross functional business experience in Corporate & Retail
Lending, Treasury & Financial Institutions, Corporate
Finance, Strategy & Change Management in a career
spanning 15years gathered in 3 top ranking banks
in Nigeria, among others, He was a one-time Regional
Bank Director for the South-east/ South-south regions
of Nigeria, and Group Head of the Oil & Gas sector
of a bank, where he developed astute and extensive
experience in Derivatives, Product development and
management for the Oil & Gas and Retail (SME)
sectors.
Emmanuel was involved in the design of the legal
and operational framework for CSCS (Central Securities
Clearing System) for the Nigerian Stock Exchange,
and also a member of the committee for the set-up
of Value-card systems in Nigeria. Has over 3 year(s)
hands-on experience in consulting and developed skills
in business process management & business intelligence
through the use & application of business process
techniques. A proactive professional with in-depth
knowledge on business issues, and ability to troubleshoot,
organize, negotiate & assimilate, Emmanuel thrives

David Olumefun
He is a graduate of Economics from the University
of Ado-Ekiti and a postgraduate of the University
of Ibadan with a Masters Degree in-view who has majored
in Development Economics. He holds an Advanced Leadership
Certificate and a Basic Leadership Certificate from
the renowned Daystar Leadership Academy. He is a
recipient of the Federal Government (of Nigeria)
Scholarship (2003).
He is a writer, facilitator and motivational speaker.
His passion lies in developing sustainable growth
in organisations in Nigeria’s challenging business
environment, helping entrepreneurs build successful
businesses and designing systems, structures and
strategies for organisations for moving-on to their
next level.
He is an executive director of Potter-ClayTM International,
a business and leadership development organization
with a mission of “…moulding leaders
for the next generation”.
He is currently the Head of Corporate Strategies
at Savvy Consulting.

Ashaye
Adetumbi
He is an astute management consultant brings to
bear his years of experience in the Nigerian banking
industry and he is committed to continuous personal
development. He is presently a student member of
ACCA and he has under gone his MCSE, NIIT trainings
both in networking essentials and electronic technology
respectively.
Ashaye Adetumbi also has an MBA and
he is one of Savvy Consultant's business development
consultants
in the area of business growth strategies and policy
formulations.
Amongst the training programme undergone

and relation

Tayo Afolabi
He is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the
Federal Polytechnic, Offa, Kwara State and also a
member of the Nigerian Junior Chamber International,
an affiliate to the Junior Chamber International,
an organisational outfit designed to train and build
entrepreneurs.
As a result oriented person, Omotayo promotes team
work. He is a writer and a facilitator with a passion
for building entrepreneurial mindsets in employees.
He

department of First Bank and the Internal Audit Unit
of the Finance Department of Abia State Ministry
of Agriculture, Umuahia.
